Show Gallery and NFS are pleased to present UNCOMFORTABLE CHAIRS, an exhibition of sculptural chairs curated by Jonathan Pessin, a collector and vintage furniture dealer.
Pessin has always been drawn to chairs that are more sculptural than functional or comfortable for that matter. This exhibition showcases chairs hand picked from his personal collection. Pessin is the man standing in a room full of chairs with nowhere to sit.
NFS (not for sale) was born from the vintage collection of Jonathan Pessin. NFS specializes in anonymous, impractical and sometimes oversized conversation pieces. And yes, most of the pieces are actually for sale @shopnfs.
